(1) Ministers will be collectively provided with the services of one physician designated by the Government of Nepal.
(2) If the Minister recommended by the prescribed physician as per sub-section (1) that he should be admitted to the hospital and undergo medical treatment, the Government of Nepal shall bear all the expenses incurred during such treatment according to the prescription and bill.
(3) If the ministers have to go abroad for treatment, they will get the treatment expenses prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
